Mojito

2½ oz.s Rum Saint Kitts,
fresh lime juice (1 lime)
1 tbsp. simple syrup
fresh mint (8 or so sprigs worth)
ice
club soda

Middle mint, lime juice, & sugar in a tall glass. Add Rum Saint Kitts, ice, and soda. Garnish with a mint sprig & a slice of lime.

Rum Saint Kitts And Soda

1½ oz. Rum Saint Kitts
Soda

Pour ingredients into an old fashioned glass filled with ice cubes, stir and garnish with lime slice

Pina Colada

2 oz. Rum Saint Kitts
3 tablespoons crushed pineapple
3 tablespoons coconut milk
½ oz. sweetened lime juice

Place in blender with two cups of crushed ice and blend at high speed for a short time. Strain into collins glass or a hurricane glass and serve with straw. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry or a strawberry.

Monkey Wrench

1½ oz Rum Saint Kitts
3 oz grapefruit juice
1 dash bitters

 

Pour all of the ingredients into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well.

El Presidente

1½ oz Rum Saint Kitts
1 tsp grenadine syrup
1 tsp pineapple juice
juice of 1 limes

 

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Cuba Libra

1½ oz. Rum Saint Kitts
½ oz. sweetened lime juice
Cola

Think of this as a slightly nicer version of the traditional Rum & Coke. Fill a rocks glass completely with ice. Add Rum Saint Kitts, follow with lime juice, and fill to the top with cola. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Daiquiri

1½ oz. Rum Saint Kitts
1/4 oz. simple sugar
¾ oz. lime juice

Shake with cracked ice in a cocktail shaker and strain into a cocktail glass . Garnish with a lime wheel. Can also be blended.

Blue Hawiian

1 oz. Rum Saint Kitts
1 oz. triple sec
2½ blue curacao
pinapple juice

Fill shaker with ice; add alcohols and shake. Pour into a hurricane or other exotic glass with ice. Top off with pineapple juice and stir. Garnish with pineapple wedge and cherry. Can also be blended.
